Second Language Retention

Kat Sayrs, Devan Baty, Brooke Bergantzel

Sayrs (Cornell College ’17) investigated the intersection of second language retention, games, and digital pedagogy through creating an online game module focused on intermediate and advanced learners of French. Baty and Bergantzel supported her research in pedagogy and technology during Summer 2016.

Imagining Ancient Corinth

John Gruber-Miller, Miranda Donnellan, Ross Sowell, Joe Sterchele, Brooke Bergantzel

Gruber-Miller has worked with this team to create and refine an online resource for intermediate learners of ancient Greek built around the writing of Pausanias. This project incorporates both language and geography to follow Pausanias on his journey to and around Corinth.
